What you are agreeing to

By entering your phone number and selecting Send code, you agree to receive text messages from Slypway at that number. This consent is for Slypway messages only. It is separate from the Terms of service and the Privacy policy, which also apply.

What you will get

A one-time verification code when you sign up or sign in. After that, messages tied to getting your account and your program started, and ongoing messages if you choose to keep working with us by text. How many you get depends on how you use Slypway: more while you are setting up, fewer after that. We do not send marketing texts unrelated to your account.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. Slypway does not charge you for these texts.

Stopping the messages

Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. Right now, a person on our team reads and actions STOP requests directly rather than an automatic system handling it, so there can be a short delay before the messages actually stop. If you need it stopped immediately, email hello@slypway.com as well.

Getting help

Reply HELP or email hello@slypway.com. A person on our team responds; we do not have an automated HELP reply today.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Coverage and reliability vary by carrier and location.

We may update these SMS terms. The current version is always posted at slypway.com/sms-terms.
